Vacancy Description:

Our client is a high profile leading construction Main Contractor who are looking for an Administrator/PA to help support the project team on a large mixed use construction project based in West London. You will join a busy team to help provide administrative support to the Asset Projects team.

- Diary Managing
- Establishing and maintaining Files in accordance with internal management systems.
- Scanning, photocopying, distributing and filing documents as required.
- Ability to work with a Team, processing orders and generating invoices.
- Placing orders both internally and externally with suppliers.
- Ensuring all paperwork is maintained in the correct manner.
- Any other duties relevant to the role or as determined by Manager.

Experience required:

- Minimum 2 years Administrator experience.
- You MUST HAVE Construction administrator experience.
- Experience working on a live construction site is an advantage.
- Strong IT skills.
