Vacancy Description:

Our client is a leading Construction Main Contractor with projects across the UK. Having recently secured a £45m Commercial / Mixed Use scheme in the South West, we have been asked to supply a Project Planner to work within the project team. As Project Planner, you will be responsible for phasing and programming the project works for the duration of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Produce accurate tender programmes from tender information.
- Produce resource schedules based on the relevant programmes.
- Check Client and Subcontractor's programmes for compliance/accuracy.
- Produce contract programmes for won projects.
- Produce target programmes based on the contract programmes.
- Maintain and manage programmes for live projects including visits to sites in order to check/verify progress, update programmes and report accordingly.
- Provide advice as required to the work winning and delivery teams with regards to programming related issues.
- Make sure sufficient numbers of certified lifting eyes are available when required.
- Produce tender prelims based on tender programmes

Experience required:

- Minimum 4 years Project Planner experience working for a leading Main Contractor.
- BSc / HND in a Construction related discipline.
- Excellent MS Project / IT skills.
- CSCS card.
