Vacancy Description:

Site Manager positions do not come much better than this! Our client, one of the UK's largest Main Contractors has asked us to supply them with an experienced Site Manager to help drive a stunning new build, Residential Tower project in South East London. This is a highly challenging project, you will take the scheme from demolition through to handover. The early stages of the project involves all manner of tricky works - double storey basements, basement connects, major piling. The site is land locked so the logistics on site will also be a handful! You will join a large project team, getting involved in the back end of the preconstruction stage before work commences in March 2019.

Site Manager roles and responsibilities:

- Subcontractor management.
- Site inductions.
- Procurement of materials and labour.
- Managing project costs and timelines in line with master programme, making short term amends where required.
- Managing Health & Safety on site.
- Ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Weekly reporting up line to Directors.

Site Manager Experience Required:

- Minimum 5 years Site Manager experience
- High Spec Residential project experience, preferably with a Main Contractor
- Stable work history
- Must have excellent groundworks and structual works expereience
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
- Has a clear focus on safety & high quality
- Degree educated or equivalent
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
- Good leadership skills - can do, will do attitude
