Vacancy Description:

Our client is a leading UK design consultancy who work on high profile projects for prestigious clients. They are currently leading the design on a large scale refurbishment programme on a central London grade listed landmark and are looking for a Contract Administrator to join the team on the project.

You will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of the team, reporting internally and externally in order to ensure the design is delivered effectively - this is a stand out role requiring a stand out Contract Administrator!

Your responsibilities will include:

- Contract administration (NEC3 form of contract)
- Project coordination
- Programme reporting
- Attending client and internal meetings
- Liaising with supply chain / subconsultants in order to ensure effective delivery
- Monitoring progress of works agaist the contract
- Change management / control
- Ensuring the design team are adequately supported

Your experience will include:

- Experience working to the NEC form of contract
- Experience working on construction or infrastructure project work as part of a large multidisciplinary team
- Able to use construction software (eg. Conject, Sharepoint, Aconex)
- Able to liaise with clients and supply chain in an effective manner
- Clear communication skills, written and verbally
